Emergency Eye Wash

Saline Solution for Eyes and Wound Irrigation can

be used as Emergency Eye Wash.

This solution should be used in accordance with your

practitioner’s instructions as:

Use for eye wash. Flushing/ irrigating the eye to

remove loose foreign materials, air pollutants,

chlorinated water and to refresh irritated or tired eye.

Saline Uni-dose solution is a Phosphate buffered,

sterile and isotonic solution.

Saline Solution is manufactured using "blow-fillseal”

molding machine.

Saline Solution intended for single-usage is

packed in sealed bottle of 15ml to 950ml

size. The product is designed in disposable

uni-dose packing for maximum hygiene and

convenience.

Available sizes are 15ml (0.5oz) ampoule to

148ml (5oz), 240ml (8oz), 500ml (16oz) and

950ml (32oz) bottles.

Instruction of Use

Twist off the top.

Flush the affected eye or area as needed.

External use only. Not for injection.

Cautions:

DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER FLUIDS EXCEPT AS DIRECTED.

Do not use concurrently with any eye medicament except on medical advise.

Do not use if allergic to any of the declared ingredients in the product.

Do not use if solution changes colour or gets cloudy, with contact lens, if twit

top is broken or missing, if eye is lacerated or object is embedded.

Single use only, once opened, discard any unused solution immediately

Keep out of reach of children

Storage:

Protect from direct sunlight. Store at room temperature (15°C-30°C)

P2 Multi-Purpose Solution formula with HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), long lasting comfort to your eyes.

Content

A sterile and isotonic buffered solution containing Sodium Chloride, Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, HPMC, Poloxamer, EDTA and Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (PHMB).

Usage

 

As a cleaning, biofilm (protein and lipid) removing, disinfecting, storing, rinsing, wetting, lubricating and comfort enhancing solution for all soft contact lenses.

-       90 days open shelf life for Multi-dose

-      Complete sealing for maximum protection.

-       Specially formulated for sensitive eyes.

-       HPMC long lasting comfort to your eyes and prevent protein build up.

-       HPMC as lubricating and wetting agent form a lubricating shield on the lens, keeps in moisture and prevents dryness for all day comfort.

-      Compatible with all kind of soft contact lenses including disposable and Silicone Hydrogel lenses

To open for the first time

Bottle is completely sealed for maximum protection of solution

1.     Unscrew cap, and discard the safety ring.

2.     After removing the safety ring, screw in the cap tightly until the cone pin punctures the bottle tip and breaks the seal. The cone pin will also reseal the opened bottle.

 

 

 

Directions

Step 1

 Before handling the contact lenses, wash and dry the hands thoroughly.

To clean and remove protein, place a few drops of multi-purpose solution on the lens and rub both sides of the lens gently for 20 seconds.

Step 2

Rinse the lens thoroughly with the multi-purpose solution to remove debris.

Place lens in a lens case filled with fresh multi-purpose solution.

(Repeat steps 1&2 for the other lens)

Soak lenses for at least 4 hours for lens lubricating and extra comfort, protein removal and disinfection.

Step 3

Rinse soaked lenses with fresh multi-purpose solution before placing onto eyes.

Discard the solution in the lens case, wash the lens case clean and air dry, including the covers.

Note: Never use Lens Cases more than 3 months.

         No Rub feature is subjected to your eye care practitioner`s instruction.

 

Precautions

1. DO NOT MIX with other fluids except as directed.
2. Do not use if allergic to any of the declared ingredients in the product.
3. DO NOT use with any eye medicament except on medical advice.
4. DO NOT use with any heat disinfecting method.
5. If eye irritation persists, discontinue use, remove lenses and consult your eye care practitioner.
6. Once opened, discard any unused solution after 90 days. For unidose once opened, discard any unused solution immediately.
7. Store at room temperature (15^oC- 30 ^oC), away from direct sunlight.. Do not freeze.
8. Replace cap tightly after use.
9. Do not touch bottle tip to the eye or any surface.
10. Keep out of reach of children.
